STEP 1: CLEAN YOUR FACE
A good face routine always starts with good cleansing. But first, we start by washing our hands well. Then, it is necessary to separate the washing and make-up removal steps. We always start by removing makeup from our face. It is indeed recommended to start by removing makeup with micellar water in order to remove most of the makeup. If you wear water-resistant makeup, especially in summer, the ideal is to choose a fatty makeup remover that will avoid you having to insist too much on your eyes to remove residues of mascara for example.
Then, to perfect the facial cleansing, choose a gentle cleanser that will remove impurities and the rest of makeup. To do this, moisten your skin with lukewarm water to open the pores and lather the soap in small circular movements. The bravest will rinse with cold water to reactivate circulation and tighten pores.
To ensure a deep wash without damaging your skin, you can also use soft bristle brushes or konjac sponges. This cleansing operation is of course to be repeated morning and evening before applying your facial treatment.
Our tip: to dry your face, lightly pat with your towel. This avoids attacking your skin and causing redness.
STEP 2: MAKE A SCRUB
Cleaning your face is the most important step in a good daily beauty routine. But, for a refined skin texture and clearer skin, it is the exfoliation that comes into play. It comes in addition to perfect the elimination of dead skin and blackheads.
We recommend that you do it once or twice a week maximum so as not to weaken your skin too much.
There are several types of scrub. It is often wrongly thought that only scrubs with grains really cleanse the skin thoroughly. However, too abrasive, they are often responsible for excess sebum and the appearance of blackheads. Most often prefer a gentle, grain-free scrub that will unclog your pores without irritating your skin.
Once the exfoliation is done, to avoid irritating your skin, gently dry your face by tapping with your towel. The most fragile skins will appreciate a refreshing and hydrating spray, to dry by patting your face with a handkerchief.
STEP 3: APPLY A FACE TREATMENT SUITABLE FOR YOUR SKIN TYPE
Once your face is clean and dry, apply a lotion or serum, which will prepare the skin for treatment. Make sure you choose your facial according to your skin type. So, if your skin is very dry, prefer a moisturizer. If on the contrary you have a skin with an oily tendency, it would be better to opt for a cream with a mattifying action.
Spend your twenties, an eye and lip contour cream is recommended to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. There is no hesitation in starting its application from 25 years to prevent their appearance.
Our tip: in summer, sun protection is essential to avoid the appearance of spots and cause premature aging of the skin. Consider supplementing your usual day cream with a dab of sunscreen minimum index 30. Thank you for helping you to avoid crumpled skin or the ski mask look with the trace of sunglasses!
STEP 4: THE MASK, THE ESSENTIAL BEAUTY ASSET
The face mask is the ultimate weapon to complement the daily care you use.
As with creams, there are masks suited to each problem. The most important thing to have beautiful skin is of course to have good hydration. For this, choose a moisturizing mask like the New Angance mask that will deeply hydrate your skin for a lasting result. A good excuse to relax for 20 minutes while the mask works and intensely nourishes your cells. Instead of rinsing off your mask, why not prolong the pleasure with a little massage? This will allow the rest of the active ingredients to penetrate and boost your blood circulation. And of course, drink lots of water!
If the benefits of masks are no longer to be proven, there are some for each skin problem: purifying, soothing, detoxifying ... You just have to choose your facial according to your desires and the needs of your skin!
Regarding the application, we recommend 2 to 3 times a week for best results.
You now know everything to have beautiful skin!
Last tip: in order to choose products suited to your skin type.
