What is your brand? Is it Chinese or Taiwanese?

New Angance is a skincare brand born in Paris, combining French elegance with Asian cosmetic technology. All formulas are developed in laboratories under European standards.

Our Products

Are New Angance products made from natural ingredients?

Our formulas combine a variety of natural ingredients, each one is strictly selected and tested ensuring the skin is provided with the care it deserves.

How long can I keep a product before opening it?

You can find the expiry date on the packaging of our products, usually ranges from 24 months to 36 months.

How long can I keep a product once I have opened it?

The PAO, or Period After Opening, generally varies 12 months. This period is indicated on the packaging of all our products (in the form of an open jar symbol with a number and the letter "M").

Do you test your products and ingredients on animals?

To our knowledge, according to the data provided by our suppliers of raw materials, none of the raw materials used in its composition have been subjected to animal testing, after the date on which such experiments must be replaced by or several validated alternative methods.

I bought a product that looks defective on the New Angance E-Store?

Can pregnant women use New Angance products?

Most of the New Angance products are safe for everyone. Nevertheless, we recommend the customers to consult their dermatologists or their personal doctors before using the products.

What is used for acne? 

New Angance Purifying Mask, New Angance Mask and the New Angance Whitening Mask can be used for Acne. Reason: New Angance Purifying mask will help clean the skin and the pores. New Angance Mask will help in skin repair by closing unwanted pores. New Angance Whitening Mask has Licorice which aids in soothing, anti-inflammation and has anti-allergic properties.

Which products have vitamin C? 

Yes, we do have Vitamin C in LUMINOUS TOMATO. Besides Vitamin C, we have other important Vitamins in Premium products and Hydration collection too.

Which products help from UV rays i.e., have an SFP factor? 

The tomato Luminous protects our skin with UV rays.

Do our products have retinols/retinoids? 

Yes, our Tomato Luminous do have retinoids called as Carotenoids.

The product I'm interested in is unavailable, what should I do?

When our products are out of stock (usually limited edition or permanently out of stock items), they are promptly removed from our store and are therefore unavailable for purchase.

If you still see the out-of-stock product on our website, you can check back later or stay informed about its availability through the "Notify me when the product is available" feature on the product page.

Enter the email address where you want to be notified.

Where are your products made?

Our masks are made in Taiwan using European ingredients, and all formulas are created in France.

What types of facials do you offer?

Our treatments are adapted to all skin types:

What do your masks do? Where are they made?

They offer visible results:

Hydrating: plumps and reduces fine lines

Anti-aging: firms and regenerates

Purifying: deeply cleans pores
? All masks are made in Taiwan with high-tech fabric and premium European ingredients.

Should I rinse after using a mask?

No. Simply massage in the excess serum—no need to rinse.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are allergen-free, non-irritating, and clinically tested—ideal for reactive or redness-prone skin.

Any side effects (redness, breakouts, etc.)?

No. Our products are non-comedogenic, non-photosensitizing, fragrance-free, and dermatologically tested.

 How can I place an order?

Choose the items you want to buy by clicking "Buy Now" and "Add to Cart". You can either continue shopping or directly place the order.

Why am I unable to add products to my shopping cart?

It is possible that certain products may be out of stock. In this case, please know that we are doing everything we can to restock them. In the meantime, you can find them in an approved pharmacy.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

When your order and payment have been confirmed, we send you an e-mail confirmation. If your order has been processed, you will be able to find your order in the "History and details of my orders" in your account. If you do not receive this email, your order may not have benn processed yet. To verify this, you may contact us by e-mail: contact@newangance.com

How can I track my order?

When your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation shipping email.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Before confirming your payment, you can modify or cancel your order on your "shopping cart" page. To guarantee the fastest possible delivery, we do not allow cancellations or modifications of your order once it has been finalized. Once you have received your parcel, you may return your full or partial order. In this case, please check out our return policy.

How can I obtain the test samples?

When you place an order on our E-store, we offer you the possibility to select a kit of four test doses after the validation of your cart. Please follow us on social media channels and stay informed! We remind you that these samples are available within the limits of our stocks.

What payment methods are available?

New Angance offers the below payment methods:

- Major Credit cards(Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CB, Visa Electron, e-Carte Bleue)

- Paypal

Other payment methods (check, cash or bank transfer) are not accepted.

How can I pay with my bank or credit card?

  1. Select your card type: Visa or MasterCard.
  2. In the "Credit Card Number" field, indicate the 16 digits on the front of your card, without spaces.
  3. Enter the expiration date of your card by selecting the month and year in the drop-down menu.
  4. In the "Security Code" field, indicate the last three digits of the number on the back of your card. The security code represents the full set of digits making it possible to secure your transactions by card payment, and they provide additional protection against the fraudulent use of card payments.
  5. Once you have entered your bank details, and accepted the "Terms of Sale" click on “confirm”.

Can I pay on delivery?

Sorry, it is not possible to pay on delivery. Only the approved payment methods are available to pay for your order.

I ordered a product, but I entered a wrong shipping address! What do I do now?

You entered your information wrong by mistake? No worries, we are here for you. Just send us an email stating your issue (not to forget the order details) and we will immediately cancel your order. If the payment is done, our system will process the full refund and you can place a new order using the correct address.

How long do treatment effects last? How often should I book?

Depending on your skin, results may last from a few days up to two weeks. We generally recommend a treatment every 2–3 weeks or a 3–6 session series for optimal results.

Can I test products before purchasing?

Yes, we offer miniatures and samples after each treatment or skin analysis.

Is the founder Chinese?

The founder is of Asian origin, but the brand is entirely French—registered and developed in Paris.

Do you only sell products, or do you also offer treatments?

We are a hybrid concept: a skincare treatment studio and a boutique offering our full cosmetic range.

How long have you been open? Do you have other locations?

Our skincare studio is based in Paris 9th. At the moment, we focus on offering a personalized in-studio experience.

Can your products be found elsewhere in Paris?

Yes—at partner pharmacies such as Forum des Halles, La Défense, and select aesthetic clinics.

Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin? Are they irritating?

Yes, all our treatments are alcohol-free, fragrance-free, preservative-free, and dermatologically tested—even safe for pregnant women.

Are treatments done by hand?

No. At New Angance, treatments are performed using professional machines. We use high-tech equipment for hydradermabrasion, active infusion, and skin firming—for precision, hygiene, and optimal results.

Do you have special offers for new clients?

Return policy

Is it possible to make a return?

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days following receipt of the products.

The return covers products delivered in good condition. The products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, with the gifts sent in the order, if any.

The refund will cover the products and the initial delivery costs directly on the credit card used during the order.

We will be able to provide a return label on request of the customers. Note that the time taken varies during holidays and weekends.

If the client receives any damaged goods or a wrong product, they can be returned to us only after proper verification by the respected team. The customers must provide proofs of damage, wrong order whenever requested by the support team. Once the team reviews and confirms the mistake, the client can request for a return label.

Please note that, once the order is shipped, there is no option of cancelling the order. If the clients want to cancel the order in this case, they must then send the parcel back and the return shipping will not be paid by New Angance.

All our orders are carried by expert courier partners and any delay with the parcels are carried out by the courier partners. We pack and process the orders within 24-48 hours at the most and are handed over to the courier partner. Any order cancellation due to delayed parcel will not be accepted once the parcel is shipped. If the customers wish to cancel the order and request a refund, it will be processed only after the clients return the parcel in its original condition without any damage or usage. Please note that, in this case, the return shipping will be handled by the customers only.

If the customers want to exchange a certain product, it can be only done with the same product and not another product. In such cases, the customer will be asked to return the product which they intend to exchange and a new product will be shipped. In this case, the customer can request for a return shipping label.

How long do refunds take?

We will process the refund of the sums due, within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s) and via the same means of payment that used during the order.
