Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Important Information
For non-EU orders, local import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery.
Free shipping over €150 for USA, Canada & UK (excluding import duties and local taxes).

Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on local situations, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
New Angance is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (the buyer). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged upon delivery in their country.
Refused deliveries: If a package is refused or unclaimed by the customer due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, New Angance will not issue a refund for the order. The customer remains responsible for the full order amount. Refused packages may be returned to us at the customer's expense, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable credit.
We strongly recommend that customers check their country's import regulations and potential duty rates before placing an order.
Damages
New Angance is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
