Important Notice for US Customers: Orders are shipped from France. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the checkout total. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected directly by UPS before delivery.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Important Information
Shipping rates are based on the order subtotal, not parcel weight.
For non-EU orders, local import duties and taxes may apply at checkout or upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on local situations, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays or carrier disruptions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
New Angance is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or additional fees applied to international orders unless those charges are explicitly included at checkout.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges responsibility for import duties, taxes or customs fees charged in the destination country.
Refused deliveries: If a package is refused or unclaimed because customs duties or taxes have not been paid, any refund or credit will be assessed after the parcel is returned. Return shipping charges, duties and other costs incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund or credit.
We recommend checking the destination country’s import regulations and potential duty rates before placing an order.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact New Angance promptly. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods while the issue is reviewed with the carrier.
