Creation of customer accounts

Anyone can freely and at no cost create a customer account through the "Account" section. The creation of a customer account is done by filling out the form provided on the Website. The account is strictly personal and allows the user to identify themselves before confirming each Order. During the creation of the customer account, the Client enters the data necessary for their identification under their full responsibility, control, and direction. They undertake to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information and not to impersonate a third party or conceal or modify their age. When creating a customer account, the Client chooses their identifier (email) and password. If the chosen identifier is already assigned, the system prompts them to choose another one. Identifiers and passwords are personal and confidential. While RINCICA takes all necessary precautions and commits to protecting its Clients' personal data, the Client is informed of the need to keep their password secret and not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances. In case of suspicion of unauthorized use of the identifier and password by a third party, the Client must immediately alert RINCICA to change their password and/or choose to close their customer account. RINCICA reserves the right to close any customer account and consequently refuse any sales to a Client in the event of non-payment of one or more previous Orders. In this case, RINCICA sends an email to the concerned Client at the address provided by them during the creation of their customer account, informing them of the deactivation of their identifier and password and the closure of their account. A notice period of eight (8) calendar days is granted to the Client to potentially submit their observations to RINCICA, without prejudice to the suspension of their Account during the notice period. In general, the Client is informed that their account may be closed upon their first request made by email to RINCICA.
