You may receive your order at your place of work. You may select a different delivery address by clicking on "Add another address" at the delivery option stage of your order

The delivery of the products depends entirely on the localization and the postal services of your area. Nevertheless, we use the fastest shipping methods to send the products to our customers because we know that you are all delighted to receive our products.

We have two different shipping options. One is for the normal delivery which is done through La Poste Colissimo. The other is the high-speed delivery which is done through Chronopost. Note that the shipping cost is different for both the methods and the high-speed delivery is only available for selected areas.

You entered your information wrong by mistake? No worries, we are here for you. Just send us an email stating your issue (not to forget the order details) and we will immediately cancel your order. If the payment is done, our system will process the full refund and you can place a new order using the correct address.
